i need some help..well i guess most people come here for that but. ill start out with some backround. my team practice twice a week during the summer...at least 3 times aweek during the off season..and we go at it 6 times a week during our season. i lift weights alteast 3 times a week and run everyday, we do lots of running drills sprints and the like at practice, but i can never seem to keep up..now i have to tell you our team isnt the best in the area but we are defenitly the best conditioned.ive been plaing for 4 years and went to a camp this summer i wasn't the best stick handler but it was almost easy for me to keep up with the pace, while most everyone else was gasping. i was looking for some help in the area of sports supplements or some trick you guys use to get an edge. i never wondered in to the world of supplements or protien powders so your gonna have to give it to me in straight english. something that will help rebuild you so your not so sore and worn out when you get to practice the next day.
