How much does your league's assigner get paid for assigning refs to games?

$100 per varsity team, $75 JV, $50 youth....assigner gets half, association gets half

How much does your league's assigner get paid for assigning refs to games?
Going by memory here, but I think I got about $2000 for assigning 10 games each for 35 varsity teams (plus playoffs), plus another $5 per game for JV games (when I could find officials available early). That came out to about $3000. It sounds like a lot, but it was a tremendous amout of work due to having far too few officials and because there were always a million problems with the schedule. I think it took me about 20 hours per week. I wouldn't have done it the next year unless I were getting paid about $4000 (for about 40 teams by that point).

Here, the Assignor's fee is one game fee per team fielded, per season. SO, once a year, each school pays this fee based on how many teams they field. If its a varisty, a JV and a freshman team, it's 61 + 49 + 42 = $152. If they only have a JV team, the Assignor's fee is $49. See?

How many games does each Varsity team play each season?
Our Assigner is getting $10 per game with about 300 Varsity, JV & JHS games in the season.

Each team generally plays approximately 15-20 games per spring season. The Assignors ONLY assign the team's home games however, plus any tournaments that team might host.
In the Philly area, there are about 80 varsity programs, with perhaps that number or maybe slightly more when you add in JV and freshman teams. That doesn't count all the Youth teams out there. We have an Assignors Committee of 5 chief assignors for high school lacrosse here.
