btw the goal is on the top line.

So on the left my stick is next to me. on the right my stick is behind me.

Im not gonna lie, i didnt really understand the drawings, lol. but try looking at some of the stickies at the top of the page and check out the website below, its got videos of shooting at attack and middie. but as far as i can say, it really just depends on how your shooting, i mean, the stick will be low if you shooting low to high, or it will be sideways (like your top right picture i think) if your shooting sidearm. then if you shoot overhand, it will be straight back and up, like the top left, if im looking at it right. as for your question on whats the best way to shoot, they will tell you overhand, which i personally think is, but it just depends on what feels the best for you. some people are awesome at shooting sidearm but not overhand, and some are just the opposite, you just have to find whats the best for you.
