well for starters if you are a middie and you just got it away from a d man I would either set up a fast break and try and draw and dump for an assist or hold it back and let your team catch up and set up a play. Now thais coming from a middie so if your an attack man I would ask someone else.

well indian laxer he doesnt have to worry about clearing if he was an attack man haha. but anyway, if you steal the ball or get a GB. turn around, and run. haha orrrrr ddod this. remember, the ball moves faster then your feet(famous line my coach sais) if you see and open man st say, the midline and hes running, set up that give and go so he can run a draw and dump or some other thing. so i mean if you get it, i would say just run but if theirs an open man, get it to him.

If you play defense, your first look should be to run upfield. This may not always work because sometimes the middies and attack can get into riding position before you can get the ball. Then you look to your middies who are trying to get open. Then you should look to either your goalie or your other defensemen. You can try to dodge your attackman or middie, but only if you know that you can beat him. As a very last resort bomb the ball to an attackman and pray. But only do this if say you are almost out of time of if you about to lose the ball.
