Here on the east coast it can get preety rough in the begining of lax season with snow around. Example. Are first day or try outs we were playing in an inch of snow. But perseason is really were we get worked. We are in a gym playing full contact, i dont know if you have ever been hit full speed on a wood floor it aint fun. Also theres not room for anything.
Any one else have things like this going on preseason?

that doesnt sound real fun... i live down south and for our first scrimmage yesterday it was around 70 degrees

i would love to be playing lax in 70 degree weather right now but we still have like 4 feet of snow

haha ouch. but you will have it better in april when its 95 plus here...everyday...

yeah we start try outs March 17th when there will prob still be a foot of snow on the ground and in late april when it hits 90 hear on our turf its 110

yeah the turf gets so hot you can feel it through your cleats

yea, ive been waiting all feb vacation for it to be warm and not snowy enough to lax. there wasnt to much snow the other day, but it was so cold that my friends head snapped in catch. So im not going out till its warmer

We just had try-outs. I was freezing rain and there was already about two feet, if not more, of snow on the ground. We had to do try-outs in parking lot, I've been playing indoor so it felt wired playing on blacktop. We had like 19 kids try-out.

the wind always makes everything worse. especially cause all you can hear with your helmet on is whoooosshhhhhhhhhhh
