haven't seen any threads about this. maybe cause there arnt a lot off Mass. laxers here. So, who do you think will do good this year? any powerhouses? what team do you play on?

Not yet I'll ask around at the dome. I heard you guys could have a shot this year. I know Agawam's goaile and he sied that they could be ok at best.

i did hear that one of those mids is gonna be pretty good but not so sure about the goalie. there goalie last year was sick and im not sure if he graduated or not but he was really good when we played them. the only thing they are going to have to replace is mark goodrich's spot.

i play for amherst, nhamp is looking good with shaheen. their attackman 22 is a strong lefty, but thats it. south hadley looks like they might struggle. longmeadow and minnechaug are going to sit at the top

In 40 years of playing, coaching and watching lacrosse, I have never seen such obnoxious whiner fans. I watched the d2 boys/d1 girls championship - with no horse in either race - but found myself cheering for Medfield and Westwood just because of how awful the Longmeadow fans were.

It's one thing to yell about a bad call here and there, but they actually (literally - I was counting) loudly harassed the refs (with insults) about every call that went against them.

It was the worst display of fan poor sportsmanship that I've seen since... wow... 1975... the last time I saw Longmeadow.

I don't know where you're getting this from. That is a complete exaggeration. I was at the game and both sides were arguing calls but no one from Longmeadow was harassing the refs.

You were probably in the main grandstand. I sat in the stands on the opposite side of the field, and I heard what I heard - and could also see that the refs heard it as well.
