college club practices...?

Hey guys my college club (3 years old) has some very good athletes & experienced players, but we're in need of some serious practice plans. What do you guys, the coaches of college teams, do in practice? What would you recommend?

Or do you know a link where I can find a designed practice of a varsity or really strong MCLA team?

Yea, we are in the same need. We are still looking for a full time coach. We just got back into the LSA, which is a big step forward for our program, but we want to be on the level of play we have been in the past.
