Stick Tricks?

Do any of you guys mess ariund in your free time doing stuff like this? I know its stupid, but I've found it helps with stick controll. I mean I just started about 2 months ago, but it reall helps (me at least :))

I actually found one of the above videos ^^ and headed outside to try some, I couldn't get a lot of them but once I did nail them it surprisingly helped me in practice with my cradling and dodges.

some of those kinds of tricks are really cool once you get the hang of them, whether or not they help with stick skills
