not sure if any one has seen this before, very interesting face-off style that i have experimented with on my own, but never practice or a game. seems like it worked decently for this guy.

is it a reverse motorcycle grip? I can barely tell how he's holding it, but it does look strange.

its like a reverse regular grip. Like holding a lacrosse stick pretending the butt is the head.

i went to the DU faceoff camp a few weeks ago and he was teaching us that.
that guy made it up, and uses it alot. it works really good for the plunger because you are pulling on the butt end palm up and you get much more force and speed. it doesnt work too well for clamps and hops, but anyone who uses the plunger move alot, i suggest you try it.
there was another grip he uses sometimes where his left hand is palm up and right hand is palm down, like a reverse traditional grip. i really like this grip, but it's hard to scoop quickly because you either have to pick it up, then rotate your hands while running or flip your hands before you pick up the ball.
