I don't know who'll win. In the MIAA it's always a tossup. I think Spalding'll build on last season's solid transition into the best lacrosse league in the nation, though. I am an alum, so therefore somewhat biased.

McDonogh should be pretty good this year. they've got pretty much all their starters from last year back. When we played them last year they had a pretty sick team and they didnt have many senior starters.
