Which Glove is better, is there a difference?

OKay. so i just started to play lacrosse and i love it. The gait mutants gloves interest me and my friend has a pair and i used them for a while and they were great. But there is two different kinds, Each one has a different palm one with a greay palm, and the other with the green stitching, Please let me know if it matters or if one is better then the other,

The palmless one is illegal for all play college and below

I thought palmless was only illegal if you cut the palms out yourself. I saw someone discuss this earlier but I forget where.

they might call you for the cut out palms though, i'd just play it safe and buy the mesh palms. that'd suck if those ended up being illegal after you bought em.

The NFHS released a statement legalizing palm less gloves from the manufacturer. So if you play by NFHS its all good. I believe the green stitching is the first gen and the gray leather is the second gen they released this year.

NCAA ruled them illegal, last I heard. I would like to see the press release since I am a ref also.

rizzle is right. the gait palmless glove is ok for NFHS this season. next season, who knows?

thanks for clearing that up. i'm a sophmore in HS and my friend just bought the palmless mutants and i told him to email a ref before the season started. according to the official, as long as the gloves weren't tampered with after being made, they're OK. but then again, it all depends on whether the ref ingame knows that too.....
