Supercrosse Elbow Guard Left/Right?

I have the supercrosse elbow guards, and this might sound like a stupid question, but which one is left and which one is right? It works both ways, although it feels slightly better i think with the velcro facing inwards? some of the other brine brands have it reverse though so just wondering.

don't the straps say top left and top right?

the strap is supposed to be pulled from the bottom up. so the left one has the velcro end on the frearm

The velcro is meant to be on the outside.
So If I was putting on my Left one, I would be pulling the strap from left to right.

my mate had the same problem as you, didn't know which was which and came up to me at start of training the other day and asked if they were right :chuckle:

as has been said before, the velcro is to the outside, that is when turn your LEFT palm to face the sky and you should be pulling the strap from your body away to tighten or right to left.

i've switched right and left like 5 times because i had no idea which was which. this did help a lot, thank you.
