I know you guys will probably say you can't practice enough. But I put out about 1000 shots each hand, yah I feel more comfortable but my arms and my back hurt and are hard to move without pain. Should I keep shooting this much or bring the numbers down a little?

where do you find the time to do that?? Yeah, I would keep shooting only way to get better after a while you while get used to it and you will only get better! Try some advil if it really annoys you.

Well we haven't gotten too much work in school and I get home at a good time(2:05 most days) then I do the small amount of work and shoot till 5:30

Wow, thats alot. I'd say just bring the numbers down, focus on technique and accuracy. Maybe split the time with wallball.

Yah I use the goalie put ups and on my right I only miss about 100 times and with my left about 175. I do some wall ball only 100 reps each hand and I've been doing behind the back shots too
Sometime this week I'm getting together with a DII goalie and shooting on him. I'm hoping it should make me better and to get some tips.

yeah you better be shooting silky smooth after that
make sure you do on the run like you said, both hand, high, off hip, bounce, etc
you should be raping.
make sure you maybe cut and catch and finish on the run rather thatn just time and room shots with no defenders
