Brine Triumph Helmet Problem

I have a brine triumph helmet from my school and the dial is stuck so i cant turn it to the left to loosen it up. Has anyone had this problem or know a way to get it to turn to the left without breaking it?

Same thing here. I went to the store and they said that i could send it back to Brine to get it replaced.
Luckily mine is stuck right where i want it cuz i need a helmet so sending it back is not an option.
So take it to a store and see if they can fix it or send it to Brine.

does it still have warrenty? because if you break it trying to fix it you could just send it back and get a new one.
