In the Albany Area there is a league called Capitlland they play at the Sportsplex in Halfmoon Ny, they have adult/ college leauge play at night at around 10 on thursdays and sundays i think it is now. http://capitallandlacrosse.com/

Along the lines of Stegmakk and the original poster, I'm looking for something in the Rochester area in terms of a men's league. Any information would be appreciative; box or field (preferably field but I know the weather and logistics don't lend itself to that around this time of the year).

I would suggest contacting local youth leagues (linked above) and asking them if they know any post college leagues/pickups...also there is your local chapter of us lacrosse...
once you get connected with one, you usually find out about other leagues, etc...
