Can someone point me to the best or a couple of heads that fit the requirements for the '09 and '10...and also if you know a good pocket that has good whip and still throws normally...it doesn't matter what kind of mesh it is

There is no stick rule for 2009, it was superseded by the 2010 stick rules. No heads made in the last 15 years are legal for 2010. I would not worry too much about it, unless you are playing NCAA college lacrosse, college lacrosse ruled under NCAA (like the MCLA) or any other organization that follows the NCAA rules, you don't have to follow the new stick rules. And besides you probably won't be using the same head in 3 seasons.

Essentially what Czech said is correct, but for a comprehensive list and detail on the '10 rule (which supersedes the plans for the '09 rules) read braindeadjock's sticky at the top of this forum. He did a lot of research to be the be all, end all for this topic.
