How was your first practice? i had mine today and it went great. so just wondering how everyone elses first practice ever went.:nut:

my first ever? well, it didnt go so well, i was so nervous that i puked before it even started and i was pretty unprepared for the level of running that was going to be going on. im fine now and in the best shape of my life but man did that first day back in 8th grade suck. :sad:

yea i know the trainer at my school said its b/c after i tweaked it i kept going...i should be fine on monday though
