mesh/stringing

i am currently using soft mesh and i cant seem to string it right i would like to get hard mesh or something but i dont really know how to string im a "new" goalie ive varsity HS freshmen (we dont have a jv team) and im trying to earn my spot. i feel that im better than the other freshmen but i am not good at passes im in consistant and i save it and then the ball throws back out. if you guys know how any websites or video tutorials of how to form pockets and stringings that work well or just know please post THANKS GUYS

my suggestion is 17d.
and string using a tut on here somewhere. i know theres a good one on lax.com.
and use hair conditionar on it and soak it in hot water. then sting while still a lil damp after strecing it a bunch. then when its strung, put some weights going straight down where you want the ball to sit. let dry like that.
then pound it a lil, and play with it a lot.
its a tidious process, but its wht need to happen to get a good, nice throwing pocket, with decient hold.

wow thanks man that really helpful i mean im in school but when i get home ima do it but where do you suggest getting a spool of widewall and a hardmesh stringing kit?

thanks theres a nearyby battlelax im going to check it out with my dad i was gonna get some mesh and i want to get a gait d803 or w/e its called but idk if im getting a shaft i could convice him to get mesh though. what do you suggest?

ok ive got my stick strung just like the link posted in earlier posts. anybody have any tips as to making it broken it and forming the channel? all ive done so far is just bang it with a flashlight head since id ont have a "pocket pounder" and wet it any other suggestions?

I love monster mesh and have used it for a couple of years, but i have an issue...I like to have it be soft and fluid. So how do I make the mesh fluid?
