hey everybody,

I had a Rock-it pocket in my razer 2.0 pro and hated it, so I went out and got some good old fashion 10d hard mesh, I strung it up and put on some shooting strings and went out to shoot - every time I go to shoot, the ball comes out way to early and just ends up slowly lobbing out of my stick in a 10 foot arc. I tried adjusting my shooters like 4 or 5 times and i'm still getting the same result, is there something I'm doing wrong? My bro tried out my stick how I had it set up and he got it to shoot strait but he said that it felt akward and he lost a lot of velocity off his shot. Any tips?

thanks a bunch

pics please?
maybe you don't have enough whip, but we can't tell until you post some pics.

i would say put a really tight nylon near the top and make sure all the ones under it ascend from tight to loose

Tighten up your topstring and your sidewalls. Then I would place a really tight nylon under the scoop, and then a shooter one row down a little looser than the nylon, and then another shooter one more row down a little looser than the shooter above it, and then the same for the last one.

move up your shooters

It sounds like you want whip. You can tighten your shooters, put in a tight nylon under the scoop, or I would personally move the pocket up to give a mid pocket, thus giving you more whip and more hold as a bonus.
