use the least amount of water possible to have the highest concentrated dye ratio
and have ur water high temp (wait till vigorous boil)
and use 2 packets black at same time

keep the water hot as you can try dyeing it with 2 boxes of black leave it in for a long time

you dont need 2 boxes on dye. mix the dye throughly before you put anything in it. make sure the water is boiling when you put your head it, yes boiling. once you put it in, turn the stove down to warm or as low as it will go. leave it in for like 30/45 min and it should be jet black. thats what i did for this:

not sure if this is a constant with everyone else but I used 2 bottles of liquid black and I boiled the water 5 minutes after I saw it was bubbling to try to have a susatained high temperature. Came out nice btw.

you want the water super hot. put some salt in it before boiling to raise the boiling point.

well i dont use the liquid, and i use maybe 1 1/2 gallons per one pack dye, rapid boil, in a tin lasagna pan. boil the head for like 5 minutes before inserting in bath. add a little salt too

If you're having trouble getting a lower amount of water get some rocks or anything that will sink and won't get ruined if you dye it. Put them in the pot along with the head.

i always use 1 packet of black when i bye black and it comes out solid black.....
-get the water up to boiling
-add the black dye and stir it up
-leave head in boiling water with dye for like 10 minutes
-turn of the heat, and go do something else for a while and just let it sit in the dye water for a long time
-come back and take it out and you have a black head
