This question has been asked many times and if you searched you'd probably find your questions answered but i will still help you out.

A "box stick" is simply a field stick with a pinch. The only box specific heads out there are the STX heat, STX Powerplay and Warrior Penetrator. People who pinch their stick for box usually have them under 6" at widest, some people have then at
4 1/2". Although some box players don't pinch their sticks at all. Oh and when your doing a "box pinch" the goal is to make it somewhat resemble a brine guru.

Another thing is deep pockets. In box there is no depth rule for pockets, the only rule is that the ball has to be able to fall out when the face of the head is turned facing the ground. It is a common myth that all box players have super deep pockets but you will see most box players only having their pockets around a ball and 1/4 deep.

The only other thing i can think about is shafts. People in box need heavier and beefier shafts that can take a beating. I , and many others, play with a solid hickory shaft.

Here's a list of some of the most common head that are used in box.
STX Bionic
STX Heat
STX Powerplay
Gait Torque
Gait Triton
Debeer Wizard
really any gait/debeer head
Warrior revo pro
Warrior Penitrator
Brine Edge
Brine cyber
STX X2's
Any Mohawk head
STX av8
STX proton
STX Profile.

those are the most popular but any strong field head will do

for shafts
RBK 7k carbon fuse
Warrior fatboy( old one)
Gait orange crusher
Mohawk titanium
^^ there are way more I'm just to lazy to list them

for good box gear check out www.probosslacrosse.com www.mountainedgelax.com and www.sportstop.com ( go to the box/indoor section)

Box Sticks are made out of stronger material, they usually have some kind of titanium or alloy in them and they are thicker for more strength, and are sometimes longer, whereas field sticks are lighter for more mobility.

can i use a field lax stick in a box game?
Yes, but a field lax stick wouldnt last long in a box game.
