What was your first goalie stick?

The title says it all. My first was a warrior Snatch on a alloy 2000 strung with gray 17D with red shooters and red side wall I still have it as a back up for my nemi and eclipes.

First stick I ever used was a borrowed one from my school. It was a Brine Zone on some Brine shaft. First one I ever owned was an Eclipse on an AL6000 pro. I got that one after 2 years of using the Brine.

Brine Shutout on factory aluminum shaft, circa 1987. Switched to a Goalmaster in college and it was like a whole new world. Lighter, easier to hold and threw much better.

Brine Xtreme on an F10. Unfortunately it broke during warm-ups of my first game, but I taped it up with duct tape and it worked for almost the entire season.

First one I played with was some old crappy shaft. That was in 7th grade.

Then I went to a tournament same year, broke that shaft in the middle of a game, got a f10, bent that to a S. Just like an S. (7th grade still)

Then I got a warrior alloy. Lost that :[
Just put my f10(I unbent it the other day) on my stick :D

umm, the 2nd goalmaster on an stx alloy 6000....sweet sick till the mesh ripped. then i had to go get it restrung, before i knew how too, and got a choice of getting a new stick....a nemesis on a kpro.

I loved the round throat - so nice to hold in your top hand. Though, when you think about it, it probably wasn't the best idea from a stability standpoint. Made for some stick spin...I still have my 1991 GM w/round throat, though I took the stringing out because it was a bit ratty. I even have a woody shaft for it. I'll have to throw some pics up here one of these days.

haha my first stick was the mccnasty..i dont even remember who made it but i never have seen another goalie use it. i found it in a magazine for 12 bucks unstrung.
