Not a huge fan of the Vaughn pads, but they seem nice. My neighbor has custom eagle goalie pads they are really nice. I was going 2 play goalie this year, but I can't afford pads so I didn't. I like the TPS Icecaps alot, not sure if they still sell them tho.

i dont think that the ice caps are still in production, the xceeds cancelled them out. i love vaughn pads. took a while to get though! 2 months. i was thinking of getting eagles but the side profile on the fusions are too big and i heard bad things about there waiting times.

do you know if you have to use a special paint on the helmets? i am gonna paint my lacrosse helmet (the chin guard nd goalie throght guard) and i was wondering if automotive airbrush paint will work

My neighbor with the eagle pads has a sick custom paint job on his helmet. It was navy and gold with tomahawks on the front and on the back it had a silhoutte of an indian holding a hockey stick in the air. Are team is the Indians if u didn't assume.

the goalie on my team is gettin his helmet painted blue with white horns out lined in black cuz were vikings

you cant paint the helmet shell itself in lacrosse for 2 reasons... 1) all the helmets on the team must be a uniform color 2) it voids the warranty on the helmet if you paint the shell... you can loophole the rules however by making sure you just mess with the chin piece... i think i am just gonna do mine with my airbrush and auto paint and just put like ten coats of clear on it

A goalie we played had theirs painted like a gator head. Looked messed up, but it stood out.

I went down to Florida with my friend and we stayed at his cousin's house and went to some of their baseball games. ALL the helmets were painted and looked horrible. That and I hate baseball.
