What brands of shafts do people prefer as a goalie? Right now I am using an STX Al6000 and want to upgrade. I'm unsure of what really is best for a goalie, as it might be different from an pole or middie. I was thinking a krytolyte might be good, or a db803. It shouldn't hit over $90 though...

i use a kryptolyte. real light and good strength for the position.
you should probably get rid of the AL as soon as possible because ive broken two like nothing, and im not a very aggresive kid.

Preference thread .... Anyway a klyte or db803 is always a solid choice. Go for a kpro tho and spend the extra $$ I feel its worth it.

I've got the Eclipse for my head right now.

Are you sure that the KPro would be a better choice? I'm not exactly looking for a shaft that is expensive; more so one that suits its purpose and needs, without emptying my pockets.
