Intuition

have any of you ever felt(or had an intuition) that a plane that you are going on will crash? what happened at the end. because i have this weird feeling that my plane is going to crash tomorrow. should i believe my feeling?

I make my parents fly on Jetblue now, because I hate the sounds and what not.

Don't worry man, i flew a few months after 9/1 and I was really scared, but i ended up really enjoying my flight, and I love flying now.

I always feel like the plane is going to crash. It's just not naturall for 30 tonne airplane to fly through the air. Funny considering I want to be a pilot....

I don't even know what intuition really is, but it seems to be the one true thing in the world

Intuition is not the "one true thing in the world", it can be true at times absed on a prior experience, but normally, its just the mind using its imagery to ywist regular things into somethgin bad.

Anyway, Planes are made to fly and be in the air. I love flying. I get to view the earth from a view pooint i could never see otherwise. i think tis really cool. Not counting the Crappy AirLine food, the Possibly crampt come partments that your bag NEVER fits into, and that greasy smelly guy with a stained white T-Shirt that somehow go into 1stClass.

try flying the day after 9/11 out of newark international airport. security gaurds were checking bags with m16's. flying in a plane is 100x safer than driving in a car, you'll be fine.

People feel that way all the time when they get on airplanes, its a perfectly natural feeling. The majority of the people with those people that have your feeling and make it through the lane ride without it crashing, but some times on a crashed plane there were people with your feeling.

I am not saying go or not go on the plane because it is you decision, but plane crashes do happen just not very often. Planes are also the safest way of travel.

I would go more on percents if I were you and get on the plane because you have a better chance of winning the lotoree than being in a plane crash.

Ive had one of these intuitions before getting on a plane before. It was really weird. 50 students and 20 teachers at my towns 2 high schools went to New orleans with Habitat for Humanity last year(i was obv one of them). The night before i had a very vivid dream that one of my friends who was also going was going to hijack the plane with a butter knife(idk why, lol) and crash it. It freaked me out pretty bad. It only got worse when our flight was canceled and we had to wait for 16 hrs in the airport. I got more and more nervous every hour. we made it so it proved to be wrong but it was one of the crazier experiences in my life.

weren't 95% of airports in the U.S closed after? Especially airports like JFK, Newark, Chicago O'harra etc.

Yeah all flights were restricted on 9/12, i had to drive from california to atlanta because of 9/11, god i had almost forgotten how awful 9/11 was, its sad isn't it people complain about the war as if they have forgotten what started it...

I agree Green, my dad drove east coast to west coast, he took the companys van drove loaded with six guys took turns driving. That must've been on hell of a ride.
