i just saw this movie today and i have to say it has been a LONG time since i have enjoyed a movie that much. Everything was great, and while it is an overall sad movie, i thought the director did a fantastic job and came up with an ending that unlike the book leaves hope and a sense of happiness knowing that he finely suceeded. 9/10 in my book.
i was just wondering what other people thought about the movie, how it compared to the book and the other two films made, and the alternative ending.

i though that atleast the person he caught could have survived, in the deleated seans she did. And why he blew everything up and is car was just fine i thought that was funny.

I hated that movie. There was no creativity involved, it was made twice before into a movie and wanted the success that previous apocalyptic movies had garnered in the past. i.e. 28 days/weeks later. Not to mention Will Smith isnt that great of an actor.

He's a great actor, just the movie wasn't great.
