OK so i was messin around with my lax wall and i had an idea. Here it is go up close about 3-4 feet from the wall, throw the ball at the wall and catch it then through it back fast. Its kinda like quciksticking but for goalies and practicing taking shots to the torso and hips.So let me though if you like it.:agree:

It is understood that this is goalie wall ball. It's not groundbreaking but more of a common sense kind of thing.

What you should do is but it 3-4 feet from the net and have someone behind the net shoot at it and you have to turn aroud fast and find the ball.

Exactly, and you can do this on any kind of wall, and you should start 10 yards or so from the wall, and eventually get closer and closer so it simulates shots from the crease and such.

i've been doing that drill for years it gets really easy and boring ... but it is good to do when you get a new stick or just restring it
