it is a way to snowboard on the streets.
the board uses a castor wheel and some wide truck
It is by fr the best snowboard simulator
P.S.> (Check out freebord.com and look at some videos)

Thats pretty sick. I'd try it, but I can't skateboard for crap, so I'm not sure if I could do this.
How much are the bords?

That looks sweet but I'd be afraid of killing myself. I'm not very good at that type of stuff haha.

ya, i got one, they are so cool.
they ride like a snowboard on the street, so the castor actually enables you to speed check (slow down)
A free bord is a lot safer and more fun than a regular skateboard.
(they are $200)

I have used one a good many times and parking garages make for killer runs.
when you are done you just take the elevator back up and do it again...

I wonder how riding on a flat road would be because I live in Michigan and I'm interested in one but dont wanna shell out $200 if it wont ride good on mainly flat roads.

laxattack-i ride a 75 (im 5'1") there is also a 77, an 80, an 83, an 85, and an 87.
Bulldogslax- in the beginning they are awkward on flat, but what you need to do is keep your front foot to one side when pushiing so u dont slip out on the castor.
kevidinho- Yes, I started riding on November 30, and i picked it up quick, and it improves your snowboarding especially switch.

Not many hills around here Oviedo.
I'd say 80 so you can grow into it.

if you still are gonna grow, i'd say an 80, but if you are into freestyle, and want a little growing room, u might want a 77.

I used to freeboard and longboard a lot. Tons of fun, but my friends quit riding. Just would bomb random hills. Wear a hillmet my friend got messed up pretty bad.
I longboarded mostly in Indian School ditch, think 1.3 mile downhill perfect halfpipe. Google it.
