Can these be worn as arm pads? Like is there a little strap on it so it would stay on your arm?

You mean take apart the gait identity and wear the single parts as arm pads? Wow. Um. You can try? Confirm with your coach or something.

Yeah I thought I saw UVA defenseman Ken Clauson wearing them but I wasn't sure
