HELP ASAP FOR A PANTECH DUO

i got a duo a month ago and i love it but out of no were it just starts acting slow, it deleted all my contacts, im not getting all the text that i am supose to get because my friends tell my their phones are off at night and i get texts at weird late times, and also my friends say that they get my texts 4 hours after i send it. it is just acting weird and frustrating me. Do you no how i can fixed it or make it work a little better?

tried it doesnt work even took every thing out waited for it to die and all other sorts of stuff.

My blackjack does that occasionally as well. Like one time it was dead but still on, so i didn't get any calls for a couple of hours, then I went to make a call and it just shut off. Like you said it has moments where it just seems broken. I soft reset mine after the last time it did this, and it has worked since. You did say you shut it off, but I think you may need to reset it. Try that if you can. If not, take it to your cell provider and ask them for help.

i also have taken the battery pack and sim card out and left them out over the night that seems to work too
