It doesn't make your throwing or catching easier, that depends on your skills, or the stringing job.
From when I held it, its pretty stiff. The asymtrical sidewalls are pretty useless though (from what I've heard).

just get a blade 2.0 the blade f off is more likely to snap due to the asymtrical sidewalls if you want to know why just say so and ill post why

I ment is it just like a normal head when your throwing and catching? and the face off part is just something that gives you an advantage?

yeah....you do

http://www.lacrosseforums.com/showthread.php?t=102633&highlight=f-off+review
you should read that review and see what rit had to say about it. then decide if that fits your preference

oh and the whole throwing and catch will come from the stringing. face size will also affect the catching but you get the point

The blade f off is good. I use it for faces along with some other heads. I use it mainly for plunging and it has not broken so i dunno what the other guy is talking about.

heres a post i made before in a blade face off thread

the reason why its more prone to braking is cuz of simple physics

Blade f-off is more prone to breaking due to the asymmetrical sidewalls. Since one sidewall is longer than the other. From what newton third law says for every action there is an equal or opposite reaction. In this the action will be applying a force to one side of the head and the opposite or equal reaction will be applied to the other side. With that said the forcee being applied to one side MUST be equal to the other side. Since one side of the head isnt the same shape and size there is too much force being put on one side of the head. When applieing a force to something it can be also known as pressure and to much pressure causes stuff to break. So no matter what warrior does there will always be to much force being applied to one side causing breakage to that side since it can't be evenly distributed through out the head. Warrior thinking on this wasn't to clear.

I think ill probably get the blade but instead of the f-off edition ill just go with the blade 2.0 unless anyone else has a better idea for a f-off head that not as expensive as the stiffi
