Rule 4-27 (Team Timeouts) includes this provision:
If a team has requested a team timeout and is ready to play in less than
one minute and 40 seconds, the official will so inform the opponents. Both
teams must then be ready to play in 20 seconds.
I am just curious as to whether anybody has ever had to enforce this provision. That is, has anybody ever told Team B that Team A (who called time-out) has finished and thus Team B has 20 seconds to play?
