I'm getting a new head for my stick. I'm torn between the Brine epic and the Stx ATK. Which one should I get?

definitely the ATK unless you are a beginner. I have the atk and it is a very reliable stick and has a great pocket/shot. if you have some experience, i would definitely recommend the atk over the epic!

I would go for the the ATK. I have been playing with it for two seasons now and love it.

I've heard only good things about the ATK. The only issue that I have heard is that the pocket sometimes gets too deep even after tightening it multiple times. I'm not a fan of Brine heads in general, the ATK seems more advanced than the Epic.

2 things to be aware of for the ATK:
- It all-but-forces the ball to ride high in the pocket. Not a bad thing, but not all players are used to it.
- STX factory-strung pockets take a LOT of time & effort to break in.
My recommendation- ATK unstrung then string it/have it strung with a Trigger or Trakker Pro pocket.

^^you definitely could get your atk strung/restrung,..i have no clue how a trakker pro would be with it, interesting combo i'd like to try it out, but my friend has the trigger pocket and it doesn't go as well as the precision pocket does with the atk

i have both. this past season i switched to the brine epic, because that's what i'm going to play with next year in college, but the atk is sold for sure. i found that i could cradle the ball closer to the shooting strings with the atk, which allowed for more versitility with moves etc. the epic is really accurate though. either way you can't go wrong.
