it dosen't really matter. You could be 5'2" and have way better skills than the D pole thats 6'3"

Not so fast boys. That info's incomplete and comes from http://www.ncsasports.org (not ncsa.org), the National Collegiate Scouting Association, which makes its living from fees charged to recruits. This is just one outfit's opinion, and the utility of these operations has been questioned (For Recruiting Help, There's a Service Charge, A. Goldenbach, Wash. Post (12/2/02)), but note the listing of summer club events that get you exposure:

When you list all the honors etc. I don't know how accurate that can be. We were just talking about this over the Spring and how you need to spread the wealth when it comes to playing honors. And so if you have two or three guys who are really qualified to be All American's on your team or even just All State 1st team or whatever, the coaches like to "spread the wealth" so not only a few teams have all the names. And apparently if you try to get a kid named Academic All American you might as well give up one of your regular All American's. It's really political and more of a beauty contest and surely doesn't always represent the best talent.

Bottom line is, if you have a great team overall a lot of the guys will have to be unsung heros even if they are heads and shoulders above the kids that got the recognition from other schools. I would think Colleges know this crap. Plus, some schools really only push these things for seniors (which technically is too late for it to make a difference or have any influence for college recruiting).
