This game is projected to have about 70,000 fans, what is the chance ESPN will pick this game up and televise it? OSU 13-9.

70,000? Where'd you get that number from? Wasn't the final four last year only 64,000?

They are having the game right before the spring football game at Ohio State which is a huge deal for Buckeye fans. We'll see how many show up early to watch some lax.

years ago there used to be a game played on the infield at Pimlico before the Preakness was run....nobody was there to watch lacrosse but it certainly was fun playing in front of that many people....playing before 70,000 Buckeye fanatics should be a thrill no matter what got them in their seats or when they arrive....

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s lacrosse team will face off against Denver in Ohio Stadium April 19, Joe Breschi, Buckeye head coach, announced Monday. The lacrosse game precedes the Buckeye football team’s annual spring game, with the lacrosse game beginning at 11 a.m., followed by football at 1:30 p.m.
The lacrosse team looks to break national attendance records for Division I men’s lacrosse. The all-time record is 52,004, set at the NCAA championship semifinals May 26 at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore. The regular-season attendance record also was set last year, when 20,180 watched a doubleheader with Johns Hopkins/Princeton and Virginia/Syracuse March 3, also at M&T Bank Stadium. The on-campus record is 19,850, set when Maryland hosted Johns Hopkins at Byrd Stadium in College Park, Md., April 18, 1987.
The Ohio State 2007 football spring game drew 75,301 fans, surpassing the 63,000 that attended the event in 2006.

I was there today, we didn't even break 30,000. But the weather really affected it I think. it was fore casted to rain all day and it started right after the LAX game ended and most people that would even come for the football game were already there. If It didn't rain we easily could of done it.
It was a sweet game to watch though, OSU really dominated them.
