I have 2 different pairs in my sig. First pair (2 pictures ending in 1421 and 1422) are a great condition, no rips/tears/problems at all pair.
2nd pair (all other pics) has a tear in the thumb where it meets the top padding secton (the leather that meets the blue pad) They smell a bit, but they are still in useable shape.
