1. IF there are two penalties and a goal is scored and neither penalty is non-releasable, are both released or just one?
2. If you are cradling one handed and your free hand is lifted, are you allowed to move it to put it back in place?
3. If warding is called, does the defending team pick up the ball and go, or must they step outside of the box first.
4. If a coach calls time-out at a certain time and the ref doesn't blow his horn for ten seconds, do you get that time back? Or is it just the refs fault?

One goal releases all releasable penalties being served by the scored-upon team.

Sure, if you don't ward while doing so.
3. If warding is called, does the defending team pick up the ball and go, or must they step outside of the box first.
I can't say this emphatically enough: Any foul moves the ball outside the box on the restart. There are no situations where any kind of foul was committed and the ball starts inside the attack area. The only possible exception is if there was a play-on that ended before the whistle, but at that point there's no longer a foul to be enforced.

The officials have horns where you are? Around here we just have whistles and the horns are on the sideline. :monkey:
The clock stops when the official grants the timeout, not when it is called.
Good questions!

Thanks for the answers, I'm asking because one of the goals scored on us today was because our player got called for a warding(which was a bad call because the guy lifted our players arm up and he merely moved it back in place) and he put the ball down there in the box. The player picked it up right in the box and the ref blew his whistle and they got a fast break because our team was waiting for it to be carried outside of the box. At the end of the game we were down by one and our coach called a time-out with 33 seconds left and the clock didn't stop until 18 seconds, and they wouldn't give us time back. Thanks again
