Gettysburg Top Star Camp

Hey guys, im new to the recruiting forum {usually a goalie forum lurker}. What can you guys tell me about the Gettysburg recruiting camp on june 21-25. My coach recommended this camp and I want to get some info. Such as do I need a letter of recommendation to apply. Any and all info is appreciated.

Excellent camp, lots of exposure BUT it is a HUGE camp and to get noticed you need to make one of the two All-Star teams. There are two "fabulous forty" All-Star teams picked, the University Div. team is for the top 40 players at the camp and the College Div. team is for the next best 40. With over 600 players at the camp (rising juniors and seniors) IMO that is really the only way to stand out and get noticed by the coaches that are recruiting.

What about as a sophmore? Will they just ignore me? Do they pay more attention to goalies?

dude thats crazy, my nemi is purple too, i also have an orange one and some other dyed heads. Lets meet up tho goalies are always kool to chill with.

Most of the kids on my team havent been playing for very long so I dont think they will be going. Our program is only 5 years old.

nice im going alone too, all the other sophmores are pretty new also. thats cool though ill look to see you guys there it looks like a sweet camp.
