Brian Farrell just got the Terps on the board with one of the sweetest shots of the year. Streaking down the right alley on a fast break, Michael Kimmel lifting Farrell's bottom hand, Farrell muscles up a one-hander with the long pole to the far pipe. Awesome goal.

talk about an exciting game for Hopkins fans! perfect weather at Homewood, the boys were CLEARLY pumped, and a goal about 1.5 minutes in! there was literally a roar across the stadium when Hop took the field. plus, i do believe i saw mr Jesse Schwartzman in attendence! they needed this spark; &yeah - there is totally hope ahead..

Don't get too ahead of yourself here they still have a Navy team that dropped one today so they will be playing with fire next week. I don't mean to rain on your parade but Hopkins can't dwell on this win.

its nice to see Hopkins finally win. But who knows what would have to happened if Maryland had Reed. anyways good job on the win now they just need to keep it up.

shocking, right?- the more i watch Gvozden play, the more i miss Jesse..
and i was wondering why his spark decided to (finally) show up today.but give the man credit, he really did make some fantastic saves. would hoping it lasts into May be asking too much?

You're right...I gotta give credit...he played a great game
I would love to know what happened between last game and this game that either calmed him down (nerves and doubt), or gave him that spark as you noted...

J. Schwartzman was there. He walked up the aisle right next to me. He was with some other big guy who kinda looked like Corey Harned.
