10 seconds into the penalty, B1 slashes A2 and goes off for 1 minute, also releasable.

20 seconds later B2 scores.

Is A1 released after the goal?

Absolutely, just like B1 would be released if A scores. The only one not released is the player on the team that scores.

LF25 is correct: Rule 7-2-d applies only when penalties start running at the same time. These didn't.
