Looking through the lax.com pics, i noticed that stephen peyser of hopkins had a custom STX shaft. Check it out:

If you look right next to his left glove you can see "Johns" in blue. The shaft looks pretty sick. I will update with more pic links if I find some good shots of it.

harrow already does this. you can get custom colors and logos with names and numbers.

stx make a kind of sticker to put on the shafts to get a customize look with some grip
we have it at our school too
better than tape but more durable
