I am in my second year of lax (2 spring, 1 summer, and 2 winter leagues). I feel very comfortable with my d pole in my right hand cradling, passing, catching, and shooting, but my left it just feels akward to throw, cradle, and shoot with my d pole. Does anyone know of any drills or something i could do to get more used to it other than just keep using more.

Anything is appretiated.
Thanks

go in front of a mirror, and copy your motion of throwing right to your motion of throwing left. And practice without the ball about 100 times. Then start throwing. That's how I learned.

do every drill you do righthanded lefthanded. I'm a natural lefty and i got my right hand strong just by doing everything offhand until it didnt feel so awkard. Being able to throw accurate checks with both hands is a huge help.
Repetition, repetition, repetition

You can do anything you want in front of a mirror or study your technique as much as you want, but the thing that will help the most is going out in practice and actually using your left hand. This is really the only way you will be truly comfortable with your left hand.

So bottom line, go and use it in practice and eventually it will come.

the only way to really get comfortable with it is practice. Hit the wall and aim for a spot and don't stop until you hit it on a regular basis. Your cradle will feel awkward, and your passes/shots will be all over the place. Don't get discouraged, it will all come with time and effort

Basically, just use it more, even if it feels awkward and you don't want to.
