underhand crank help

how do u keep a underhand crankshot from rising? i want it to skim along the grass and stay low

Try releasing it sooner than you would on a rising underhand shot. I wouldn't make a shot like this your main shot, as most goalies will tend to go low when they see your stick drop. If you really want to get it down though, just keep shooting and work on keeping it low. Practice is the only way you'll improve.

release the ball at about 1/2 this will send it straight at the goal low any other form of skiming the grass will make the ball bounce up
