I'm new here so I'm not sure if this is the right section for this but I think it'd made the most sense so mods can move it if necessary.

But my question is about this net:
http://www.seattlemarine.net/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=0&idproduct=9055

It says good for lacrosse but then I read not good for lacrosse shot goal practice over age 12. Do you think that means shooting directly at it because I would have it a bit behind my net.

P.S. I'm 15 and shoot 75-80

this is not really used for what your looking to use it for which is to stop balls when you miss the cage, even though it says for sports it really isn't cause of all the things it's not meant for better of just buying a lacrosse backstop from one of the lacrosse retailers

Amazing song my friend, amazing song. But alright, looks like I'm gonna have to hunt for some thicker mesh. Thanks for the input guys.

I'm also looking into getting a net and I found this site

not sure if it is the right type, but its cheaper than the "lacrosse backstops" and I would just hang it on the trees. I think that if you leave the net loose, there is a very unlikely chance you will rip a hole, no matter how fast your shot is.
