no you wont have to do anything your shaft has to be between 29 and 61 inches i believe i think thats 32 so your set

a shorty must be between 40-42 (it might be 39-42) inches long

Short sticks are 40-42 in NFHS

A box shaft will be too long

hmm, i played with one in field play and never got called for my stick being too long, and i used three different heads on that shaft also.
