[Help] interlocked topstring?

saw this on a friends torque the other day and tried on my evo pro. its a topstring done like a "1" on an interlocked sidewall (for every top hole). it gives lip, but it gives just enough so thats it has the effect of a weaved nylon shooter. i was pretty surprised when even on full speed shots the lip was consistent. just wondering is this a legit way to string a topstring or if im just weird lol

ive done that before it takes less string, i think lax world does it

alot of people on my team do that. It will mean that the top string will wear down more quickly though. There are about 20 different ways to do topstring, just find the way that's good for you.
