  I've been practicing lacrosse for about a month now and have got the basics down (cradling, catching, passing, shooting) i'm still gonna practice all of those using both right and left hand but i want to know some more in depth drills and things i need to work on. Such as one hand cradle switching hands, and some more things to work on that are necassay to the game. Fitness is good because i do work out but i basically want to know stick skills that are important for lacrosse such as the ones i mentioned above and maybe some more things that will help me. Im thinking of being an attacker but maybe a midfield so any help on stick skills such as one hand cradling other things that you've seen lacrosse players use on the field that are fundemental to the game
by the way this is my first post
any advice would help thanks!

ya mlwlax is right you deffinatley need to work on dodges and if ur gonna be attack then get realy really good with both hands. attack men need really good stick skills. For a midd your stick skills still need to be good but really work on speed and doing dodges while at a good pace

I have never played lacrosse (well thats was last year) and i practiced everyday until i got better. You should see me this year. I got an award for being the most improved player. Just shoot as much as you can, take your stick everywhere you got ect.
