It has a good gripped kpro but it tears your gloves, probably why they came out with the "Control Grip".

I've had one for a year and hasn't really torn my gloves but it is worn down now, I'd say just get a kpro, or in your case keep ur wire fade

^ive used mine so much and no such thing ever happened. i got it before last spring season started and have used it that whole season, over the summer, and for both fall and winter indoor leagues. i can tell you that it has a better grip than the wire and the wire feels just like a normal kpro
im happy that i bought it but since it wasnt brand new i wouldnt know what a brand new one would be like. the control grip i heard like scratches off. im assuming theyre both the same weight also

The wirefade is dumb. It gives no extra grip. All its good for is being ugly. And about the diamond, I just heard from friends who have it that it wears gloves, it may not be true in some cases.

When you say your first and second one, did you just get two different colors each time? Either way, I think there ugly and the silver's the coolest. I like my yellow one too.

No both were royal blue...The wires just looked better on my first one...I wanted a chrome one but it cost more for some reason on LAX.COM(where i order all my stuff).

Well if you wanted a cheaper chrome one, than you coulda gotten the yellow at LU for 64 listed as a krypto lyte and then broke it and gotten a silver with the warranty.
EDIT - Can I call you dumb? You were looking at the Chrome KPro's defense price on lax.com. That attack length price is 83 chrome and 99 wirefade attack. Nice one. :dummy:

Well normally the first price listed is a attack shaft not the defense...So i guess you can I didnt pay attention...Just assumed it was attack...How does the warranty work...do you send in does it come with your stick...ive never payed any attention...Is on the tag on your stick?

You usually send the broken item back to the store you bought it at with the (less than one year old usually) receipt. I think you might be able to send it directly to the company though. I've only used a warranty for my Razer I got at lax.com, and I just sent it back to them and they sent me a new one two weeks later.

Store owners actually told me that the diamond splinters and shatters easily.

My friend broke his twice.

Yes ... I think you can call him dumb. A warranty isnt that complicated, break something, they send you a new one. Not just in lacrosse... this is true with most big things you buy.

i broke 1 two days ago but its still my favorite shaft by far, it doesnt do much to ur gloves and the wire fade is real gay looking id stay away from that

i have used one a little
just to throw around and i loved it
a person on my team had one and his never did anything to his gloves
but it also stood up to a beating with out so much as a dent
i love the grip to, just amazing
if i had the extra money a diamond cost i would buy it in a second

Its cool cause it was new. But from what i've seen they break pretty easy and the grip wears off. Get normall Pro instead.
