Lately in games I have been playing horrible in the first half, but then doing great in the 2nd half and making a lot of saves. Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas on how to break it? I warm up before every game.

happens to me in plenty of games
I just try to see the ball and also make good clears
that is the hardest part for me
For some reason if I have a bad warm up then I play well

have more intense warm ups, warm up for longer, etc.
sometimes your eyes arent focused on the ball yet

Wierd patterns happen to me all the time. Dont worry about it, just stay focusd on the ball and eventuly it will click.

next game you have create a pre-game ritual. Mine is:
1. Listen to my music
2. eat a snickers and drink as much as i want from a large blue gatoraid
3. Listen to my music again, at this point I stop talking, i get in my zone
4. get a good stretch in and run a lap
5. take my asthma medicine (i wouldn't reccomend this if you dont have asthma)
5. Get a warm up, do long passing while offense warms up, then i hop in goal for ground ball drills.
6. game-time.
(It's important for me to get in my zone a good 10 minutes before my warm-up. I don't talk to anyone from the beginning of the game until the end, albeit a few comments at the half.)

We've all experienced this at one point or another.
Try during your warmup to have a couple of players do cross-crease pass & shoot, and feeds from X to quick shots. This really gets your reactions up to game speed and increases your concentration level so you start strong.
