No. It cant exceed the d-pole limit, or go below the attack limit. Goalie shafts come in a 40" length. A lot of goalies cut their shafts down to about 36" though, i recommend that.

No there is not a length they must be i bought a regular goalie shaft cut it about 3 inches and it is sooooo nice so the answer to your qusetion is no as far as i know

I just bought the head and put it on my swizzle shaft and its insanly light...a lot of college goalies do this

If you can throw no problem put it on a shorty, otherwise cut a shaft to 35'' and you;ll be golden.
